Rev. Alan Chandler
Rev. Alan Chandler is passionate about the church. So much so that he has answered God's call to do whatever needs to be done, learn whatever needs to be learned, and go wherever he needs to go in order to help churches become more effective at reaching people who are far from God.

Alan is a Consultant Partner with Church Doctor Ministries because he shares the bias for action. He likes to build on-going relationships with the churches he consults and Church Doctor Ministries makes that possible.

Alan is an ordained Elder in the Free Methodist Church. Prior to consulting, he served churches in California, Colorado, and Iowa. In addition to providing consultation services, Alan is able to speak on the subjects of church growth, key issues regarding health and vitality in the church, and prevention and treatment of "Heart Failure" in a church.

Alan and his wife, Cheryl, have two children: Rachel and Andrew.

Dr. Norbert Hahn
Dr. Norbert Hahn is currently serving as senior pastor at Mount Hermon Lutheran Church in Concord, North Carolina. He is an ordained Lutheran pastor and has earned M.Th. and Ph.D. degrees from Lutheran Seminary University of Muenster, Germany, and Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Norbert’s passion is to impact the local and global community with the Good News of Jesus Christ through ministries that address peoples’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. He has a special concern for people who suffer from hunger and those who have no church home. He seeks to multiply his ministry through equipping God’s people for deployment in the mission field.

Dr. Kent Hunter
Dr. Kent Hunter is the founder and leader of Church Doctor Ministries, Corunna, Indiana. He is an ordained Lutheran pastor and has Ph.D and D.Min degrees. He is the author of several books and numerous articles. He has consulted over 1,300 churches in 65 denominations. He is heard daily through the Christian radio program The Church Doctor®. He has taught pastors and leaders in numerous countries around the world.

Kent has served churches in Florida, Indiana, Michigan, and Adelaide, South Australia. He says his reason for being born is to help Christians and churches fulfill the Great Commission.

Kent lives in northeast Indiana on a certified tree farm with his wife, Janet, who is a preschool teacher at the church they attend. Their daughter, Laura, is married. Their son, Jon, has graduated college and is currently on staff at St. Thomas Church in Sheffield, England.

Dr. Barry L. Kolb
Dr. Barry L. Kolb is Pastor of First Lutheran Church in Texarkana, Texas . He has earned a Masters in Education, a Masters of Divinity, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Doctor of Ministry degree. He is an ordained minister of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. Prior to entering the pastoral ministry, he served in leadership capacities as a teacher and educational missionary in Indiana, Illinois, Washington, and Hong Kong . Dr. Kolb has also taught church growth principles in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Russia, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Nigeria, India, Jamaica, and Brazil .

Barry is a member of the boards for Koinonia House National Ministries and Christ for . He is a Consultant Partner of Church Doctor Ministries.

His personal mission statement is: See the VISION...Live the MISSION...FEEL the PASSION.

Barry and his wife, Nancy, have two grown children and one grandson.

Dr. Tim Matheny
Dr. Tim Matheny is the Regional Vice President of Commonwealth Church

Finance & Commonwealth Charter Financial located in Georgia. He holds a Masters of Theology and Doctorate of Ministry degree. His experience includes includes being raised on the mission field of Lebanon. As an adult, he began his work in team ministry in a large church in Tennessee. He also served as a full-time consultant with the Center for Church Growth in Houston. Dr. Matheny has now consulted churches for over 30 years.

Tim has held many leadership positions with church growth firms and is currently a member of the North American Society for Church Growth. He is an author of one book and several articles in the field of church growth.

Tim and his wife live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Tracee J. Swank
Tracee lives in Waterville, Ohio with her husband Matt.
